- Abstract
This study explores the synthesis of ZnS nanoparticles through the thermal decomposition of zinc ethyl carbamate complex. Results indicate that ZnS nanoparticles are formed at 300 °C as evident in the XRD and SEM analysis. These ZnS nanoparticles have potential applications in opto‐electronic devices.
