- Abstract
Although SADBE is applied in daily practice for skin diseases such as alopecia areata, it may lead to CLH formation at the sensitization site. Previous reports of CLH related to SADBE also showed the development of CLH at the sensitization site, rather than at the lesion for the treatments with SADBE2,3 Local, intense sensitization with a high concentration of SADBE might play a role in a preparatory step of CLH, and SADBE repeatedly used for the treatment in areas in distance might trigger and/or promote the lesion formation in the area of sensitization.
