- Abstract
Ferroelectric crystals are an interesting class of compounds which have numerous device applications. In the present work, ADP and tartaric acid were employed as dopants to TGS crystals. The grown crystals were subjected to thermal and etching studies. It is found that the decomposition temperature of TGS crystals increase with the addition of dopants and the crystals are stable under the influence of water, methanol and ethanol, thus making them ideal for applications.
