- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a healthy primigravida diagnosed with fetal megacystis. The examination results of the patient reveal an increase in her amniotic fluid index (AFI) in third trimester with grade IV hydronephrosis and polyhydramnios. It is suggested that the infant, in his 12 months, still need vesicostomy and parenteral nutrition inspite his normal neurological and physical development.
