- Abstract
The article discusses research which investigated signal transducer and activator of transcription-3 (STAT3) signalling in CD4+ T cells in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Topics explored include the extraction of RNA from CD4+ T cells gathered from participating patients, results of the phosflow cytometry, microarray analysis, and hierarchical clustering performed, and the early RA discrimination ability of 12-gene CD4+ T cells.
