Abstract
The article discusses the court case Renato Cappuccitti v. DirecTV Inc. in Georgia. It states that the U.S. Court of Appeals 11th Circuit ruled that the district court slipped in denying the motion of DirecTV Inc. to oblige individual arbitration of an acknowledged class action. Furthermore, the Cappuccitti yielded that he could have charged deceptive trade practices claim under the state law.
