- Abstract
The article discusses the issue on what government owners think of litigation counterpart construction ADR or dispute resolution processes in the U.S. It uses the experience of the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT), and responses of DOTs and attorney generals to determine what type of processes are best suited to resolve construction disputes. Meanwhile, it cites the Colorado Joint ADR Task Force which adopts a new ADR process for addressing construction disputes.
