- Abstract
The article discusses the court case "District Attorney's Office v. Osborne," in which Supreme Court of the U.S. discussed whether respondent William Osborne should have constitutional right of access to the Deoxyribonucleic Acid (DNA) evidence for the purpose of post-conviction relief. It is stated that in March 1993, African-American male Osborne and an another man were convicted by an Alaska state jury for sexual assault and other crimes.
