- Abstract
The aim of this study is investigation of usability of XPE polyethylene waste in the concrete which used civil industry. The mechanical and thermal properties of structures obtained different mixtures are investigated. The samples are prepared %5, %10, %15 ve %40, %45, %50 XPE polyethylene waste in the concrete. The samples are waited 7 days, 14 days and 28 days’ cures. And it is prepared samples for structure and insulation materials. The bending test is applied to structure samples. The heat conductivity test is applied to insulation samples. The most suitable XPE polyethylene waste ratio is obtained after experimental study.
