- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 47-year-old woman presented to the emergency department (ED) with a history of fever and a painful lesion on her left arm. The topics addressed include details on her history of paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) with medullary hypoplasia for which she had been treated with eculizumab and cyclosporine and information on the U.S. Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices.
