- Abstract
A case study is presented of a 68-year-old male presented with coronary artery disease and history of pulmonary embolism with implantation of a permanent IVC filter. Transesophageal echocardiogram showed aortic regurgitation and lesion on the noncoronary cusp of the aortic valve; doppler imaging showed acute occlusive superficial phlebitis; and ultrasound guidance revealed transvenous femoral access. He went under the implantation of a pacemaker.
