- Abstract
The article discusses the issue of lack of awareness in non-union employers and employees about the relevance of the U.S. National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) in their workplace practices and policies. An overview of the act, the extent of its protections, and its limitations are discussed. The employers are advised to develop an understanding of the powerful statutory protections given to employees under the NLRA.
