The article focuses on constitutionally recognized right to education and the U.S. Supreme Court's most famous education cases using the different methods of constitutional interpretation. It mentions exploration of the educational obligations owed to unaccompanied minors through Acts of Congress, court orders, and agency guidelines. It also mentions zero tolerance policy and compliance with the obligations owed to unaccompanied minors.
