Information about several papers discussed at a symposium sponsored by the journal "Hamline Law Review" and the Business Law Institute of Hamline University School of Law on the reformation of the secondary mortgage market of the U.S. The secondary mortgage market impacts the subprime mortgage loans and the economic recession in the country. The impact of the economic crisis on the mortgage lenders, financial institutions and the commercial banks of the U.S. are also presented.
