- Abstract
The article discusses on the claims of charity group Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA) in England on the used of the pet travel rules by dog traffickers to avoid control and enforcement. It states that the group evaluates changes in the numbers of dogs being transported in Great Britain following the harmonisation of European pet travel regulations in January 2012. It also mentions the protection of the community involving the rabies-free status for the country.
