- Title
Prostaglandin I2 Receptor Agonism for Proteinuria and Diabetes: Good for the Goose and Good for the Gander?
- Authors
Menon, Madhav C.; John C. He; He, John C
- Abstract
The authors comment on a study on the prostaglandin I2 (IP) receptor agonism for proteinuria and diabetes, by Batchu and colleagues, published within the issue. They commend the study authors for showing that IP receptor agonism may have beneficial effects on hyperglycemia in diabetes and albuminuria in diabetic kidney disease (DKD) through nephrin phosphorylation.
