- Abstract
The article discusses international copyright infringement laws and litigation in the wake of the U.S. Supreme Court's ruling in the 2013 case Kirtsaeng v. John Wiley & Sons Inc. which deals with a student-run business which was involved in selling foreign-made textbooks to customers located in America. Global intellectual property rights are addressed, along with sales of gray market goods in places such as the U.S. Secondary liability lawsuits and the U.S. Copyright Act of 1976 are examined.
