- Abstract
The author comments on part three of the Criminal Justice and Courts Bill in Great Britain. He considers the Law Commission's reasons for statutory reform and presents an account of the offenses concerning private research by jurors and its dissemination, as well as judicial guidance to jurors. He looks into the motivations of googling jurors drawing studies from other common law jurisdictions and on the downsides of a penal response to managing information in the courtroom.
