The article features Dasyprocta ruatanica, a genus of agoutis found in Ruatan Island in Honduras. Fur of Dasyprocta ruatanica is uniformly orange brown and grizzled or annulated to the root with black. While, its limbs are of same color as the body proximally and darken distally so that forefeet and hind feet are deep grizzled brown. They are found in brushy, tropical scrub forests specifically in the mountains.
