- Title
Demand for Pediatric Ethics Consults Is Increasing.
- Abstract
The article focuses on the increasing demand for pediatric ethics consults, and it highlights a shift towards a wider range of consultation topics and an increase in requests from parents and non-attending practitioners. It reports that despite the low number of consults per year, there's a need for additional supportive resources, and while validated interventions to decrease moral distress are lacking, moral distress debriefings are identified as a potential preventive measure.
