- Abstract
The article analyzes the impact of the implementation of technology in courts on low-income litigants post-COVID-19 pandemic. Topics discussed include mitigation efforts and court response to COVID-19 pandemic stay-at-home orders and closures, pre-pandemic gaps in justice and the use of remote technologies such as video conferencing and document-sharing programs, foundations of courts' use of technology, dangers and benefits provided by technology, and access to justice of low-income litigants.
