- Abstract
The article discusses a study which examined the formation of silica nanoparticles coated with well-defined, high grafted poly(methyl methacrylate) (MMA). The nanoparticles were prepared by surface-initiated activators regenerated by electron transfer for atom transfer radical polymerization of MMA. Using Langmuir-Blodgett technique, the monolayer of the particles were formed at the air-water interface.
