- Abstract
The article discusses research on the effects of the filler particle diameter and content on the impact fracture toughness of polypropylene (PP)/diatomite composites. Experimental analysis were conducted to determine the relationship between the U-notched impact fracture strength and the filler volume fraction of PP/diatomite composites. Results showed that there was a significant influence of diatomite on the notched impact strength of filled polypropylene composites.
