The article discusses the life and work of Antonin Scalia, associate justice of the U.S. Supreme Court, and oral argument. Topics discussed include decision in the case Hein v. Freedom from Religion Foundation on taxpayer standing to raise an Establishment Clause claim, Griggs v. Duke Power Company interpreting a provision of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and originality theory of constitutional interpretation has also been influential.
