The article focuses on the challenges surrounding lack of power among municipalities bringing constitutional claims against state which restrict the police-worn body cameras data in the U.S. Topics discussed include laws governing disclosure of police-worn body cameras data by municipal governments, and its impact on U.S. Constitution's First Amendment's Free Speech Clause; Marsh v. Alabama court case on the same; and public right related to the same.
