- Abstract
The author reflects on the decision of the U.S. Supreme Court for not qualifying the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) as state actor in the case NCAA v. Tarkanian. The reasons why NCAA should be held the same due process standards same with governmental organizations are being explained. The Supreme Court's decision in the case was also being compared in its decision for the Brentwood Academy v. Tennessee Secondary School Athletic Association.
