The article discusses court case of the High Court of Justice in England (EWHC) on regarding of police dog in charge for an aggravated offence. Topics include allow for appeal to inform the court of prosecution's intention; according of the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 to press the social problem needs which to be addressed by legislation; and including views of Lord Chief Justice, Lord Burnett on suggesting for active engagement of the dog in a directed task.
