- Abstract
The article offers information on the court case pertaining to the possession of deadly weapon. The author highlights the arrest of a man on April 29, 2014 who was found possessing bladed weapon in a public place when the police searched his apartment building, and a similar case is also presented about a cosh and knife found in an appellant's car. The author's comment on the applicability of the Criminal Justice Act 1988 to the case is also presented.
