- Abstract
This study to analyze the Impact of Quality Work Life and Employee Engagement on Organizational Citizenship Behavioral moderated by Person Organization Fit. In this study, the population was employees of BPR Gunung Kawi Semarang, BPR Weleri Jayapersada and BPR Panasayu Arthalayan. Where all members of the population are also members of the research sample. The measurement uses a Likert scale of 7 (seven) alternative answers. Means of testing using validity and reliability tests. In this case, the coefficient of determination and criteria F (Goodnes of Fit) are used as the test model. To test the hypothesis in this study used regression analysis. According to the conclusions of the study, it can be concluded as follows: (i) the quality of work life has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavioral, (ii)Employee Engagement not affect Organizational Citizenship Behavioral, (iii)Person Organization Fit have positive impact on Organizational Citizenship Behavioral, (iv)Person Organization Fit does not reduce the impact on the quality of work life on Organizational Citizenship Behavioral, and (v)Person Organization Fit does not moderate the effect Organizational Citizenship Behavioral.
