- Abstract
The article presents a study which examines the mutagenic activity of Amido derivatives and their nitrobiphenyl ethers' hydroxamic acids. The study involved titrations and mutations assay to describe the mutagenicity of 2,4,6-Trichloro 4'-nitrobiphenyl ether (CNP) and 2,4-dichloro 4'-nitrobiphenyl ether (NIP). Results show that nitrobiphenyl ethers' amido derivatives are mutagens.
