- Abstract
The article presents a study which compares the testicular toxicities of 2,3-dichloro-1-propanol (DC1P) and 1,3-dichloro-2-propanol (DC2P), alpha-chlorohydrin (ACH), epichlorohydrin (ECH) and 1,2-dibromo-3-chloropropane (DBCP). The study uses F test and T test to determine the testicular toxicitites of two isomers of dichloropropanol and its metabolites in rat models. Results show that DC1P is more toxic to the male reproductive system of rat than DC2P.
