- Abstract
The ratio and strength ol lilling slurry play a decisive role in the accurate lilling process ol the mine. Two aggregate packing compactness models are used to analyze the mixing ratio ol waste rock and copper slag to obtain the best mixing ratio ol mixed aggregate, the BBD response surlace method was used to design the paste proportion ol waste rock copper slag, and the regression model of backlill strength at each age was established, the inlluences ol slurry concentration, cement addition, single lactor and interaction ol waste rock copper slag mixing ratio on the strength ol backlill at dilierent ages were studied. The results show that the interaction between the slurry mass concentration and the ratio ol waste rock to copper slag plays a supporting role in the initial strength lormation ol the backlill, the interaction between the cement addition amount and the ratio ol waste rock to copper slag has a significant impact on the middle strength ol the backlill, and the interaction between the slurry mass concentration and the cement addition amount plays a decisive role in the later strength growth of the backlill. A multi-objective lunction model ol lilling materials was established to optimize the ratio ol waste rock to copper slag paste to meet the requirements ol mine production. To a certain extent, it provides theoretical guidance lor the application of multiple aggregates in mines and also contributes to the comprehensive utilization ol solid waste copper slag in mining and metallurgy.
