- Abstract
The article focuses on the use of Justice Elena Kagan's Presidential Administration for promotion the introduction of genetically modified foods in the markets. It discusses the decision of the U.S. Supreme Court in Monsanto Co. v. Geertson Seeds Farms regarding presidential policy for genetically altered crops. It analyzes the drawbacks in the regulation of bioengineered foods and informs that regulating agencies had been unsuccessful in prohibiting harm to human health.
