The article focuses on the decision of the U.S Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit in case Craig v. Rich Twp. High Sch. Dist. 227, in which the plaintiff Bryan Craig, a guidance counselor at Rich Central High School sued the school district. Topics discussed include the retaliation claims alleged by Craig for speech protected by the First Amendment, the discharge of counselor for his sexually explicit advice book and the U.S Supreme Court's decision in case City of San Diego v.
