- Authors
MISURACA, MALCOLM
- Abstract
The author expresses his opinion on several papers within the publication which address the issue governing land use and law in the U.S. The author asserts that due to the limited and uncertainty in the boundaries of law, the use of police power to exact financial contributions or facilities from developers will undoubtedly continue. The author also mentions the importance of statistics on communities use of on-site exactions, off-site exactions, and impact fees to test the correlation between exactions and other exclusionary policies indicators.
