The article offers information on several reasons that cause the U.S. commitment towards foreign and public propaganda in the International law. It offers information on the emergence of two superpower nations including the U.S. and the Soviet Union, from the World War II. It mentions that the cold war was instrumental in generating commitment in the U.S. It presents information on the International Education and Health bills introduced in February 1966 into the Congress. It mentions that for communicating British views to the world, the Foreign Office devised several ways through the institutions of the privileged press briefing.
