- Abstract
The article presents a case of 74-year-old female with a history of acute pain in the epigastrium with nausea and vomiting. Examinations showed reduction in the volume of liver. No gallbladder or gallbladder fossa was visualized. Laparotomy was done. Liver was contrarotate and right hepatic lobe was atrophic. Duodenum cling to the liver capsule. Choledocholithotomy and T duct drainage were performed and a large number of calculus was removed. Common bile duct abnormalities were cured.
