- Authors

- Abstract
With the emergence of the inter-American System of Human Rights in the twentieth century and the American Convention, coercive protection of human rights is marked through exercise called conventionality control that is exercised by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights through its Judgments, and also the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights with the precautionary measures. All this creates a close relationship to protect rights of subjective content, such as property contained in Article 25 of the American Convention to indigenous communities.
