- Abstract
In order to improve the efficiency of picking pecans and reduce the cost of picking, in view of the low degree of mechanization of pecans in China at present, a hand-automatic integrated pecan picking machine has been designed and developed. The article describes the design of the key components of the machine, and Mathematical modeling and analysis and calculation of the eccentric mechanism. Using ANSYS to analyze the free modal response of fruit trees, it is preliminarily determined that the frequency range of hickory tree picking is 7-20 Hz. According to the hickory picking test, the results show that the vibration frequency is right The picking rate of fruit trees has a significant impact (P=0.05). The fruit picking rate increases with the increase of the vibration frequency. When the vibration frequency is 22 Hz, the picking rate is 95.1%; in order to increase the picking rate and minimize the buds For damage to branches and fruit trees, it is recommended to control the harvesting frequency to 16-18 Hz. At this time, the average fruit picking rate is 83.9%-88.0%. Unpicked fruits are manually or mechanically picked twice.
