Forced co-ownership bears on assets that by their nature or purpose are used by several co-owners who have an ideal and abstract share of common property law. A particular case of this form of common property is the periodic ownership, with a temporary character, because several people successively and repetitively exercise the attribute of the use of the property right, over a whole good, a use that is limited in time, during the period of the year which was established in the title of property.
