- Abstract
A field experiment was conducted to study the rate of dissipation of insecticide mixture (lamda cyhalothrin 4.6% + chlorantraniliprole 9.3%ZC) in vegetable cowpea. Pods were harvested at 0 (2hr after spraying), 1, 3, 5, 7, 10, and 15 days after spraying and residues were estimated. The mean initial residues of lambda cyhalothrin and chlorantraniliprole were found to be 0.12 and 0.21 µg g-1 respectively, and persisted up to three and five days, respectively.
