- Abstract
Laparoscopic surgery represents today an important field in surgical interventions being useful in adults as much as in paediatric surgery. Occurrence rate of eventrations after laparoscopic surgery is incomparably lower than in open surgery and laparoscopic parietal defects recovery has now become comparable with the results of the conventional surgery. This study aims at analyzing this type of surgery in the context of laparoscopic surgery in adults and children.
