- Title
The Cosmological and Protological Language of Deutero-Isaiah.
- Authors
Blenkinsopp, Joseph
- Abstract
The article focuses on the cosmological and protological language of the bible. The author uses the term "Deutero-Isaiah" for familiarity and argues that the novel frequency, wherein Deutero-Isaiah refers to Yhwh as creator of the world, needs an explanation. Furthermore, the only other proof that Yhwh is the creator occurs in the version of one of the symbolic actions of Jeremiah, and was done on the first year of the reign of the last king of Judah, Zedekiah.
