- Abstract
The article presents information on the self-management of law professionals due to the increase of psychological distress faced by the law students and profession in Australia. It states that the self-management strategy includes the independent learning and working of the law school graduates and also the assessing of their own performance and capabilities for not only professional development but also personal development. It further states that the self-management program will adopt a curriculum design that is aimed at motivating student learning. Information on the importance of the self-management program for legal education is also presented.
