- Abstract
The article focuses on the development in the law of armed conflict (LOAC) in consensus with the international law applied to Air and Missile Warfare (AMW) and its provisions related to planning, execution and regulation. It highlights the relationship between operational art and legal regulation in Prosecutor v. Gotovina, a judgment from International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY). It examines the regulation of combat powers by the LOAC in influencing the judgment.
