DOES YOUR SCORECARD NEED A WORKSHOP?
- Authors
Pforsich, Hugh
- Abstract
The article discusses issues related to balanced scorecards (BSC). Experts say many BSC strategies fail because management doesn't systematically communicate the efforts to all employees for practical implementation. They say the missing link is a formal communication structure and feedback system. Analysts recommend the use of the Control Self-Assessment (CSA) management tool as a forum for communication. INSET: CSA Workshop Example (with BSC Implications).
