- Abstract
The article focuses on the conflict primacy model of the public corporate board which highlights the managerial decisions taken by the board on labor disputes and about expend corporate resources when expand the corporation. It informs that the primacy model has reduced the role of chief executive officer on the board and humiliates them to nonvoting. It discusses different areas of conflict of interest of the board which weak the strength of management.
