- Abstract
The article presents the author's response to several articles in this issue which critique his book entitled "The Case Against the Supreme Court," and it mentions the historical aspects of the judicial review process in America and the U.S. Supreme Court's (USSC's) failure to protect the legal rights of certain minorities. The USSC's performance is addressed in relation to American history and legal concepts such as equal protection, abortion rights, and unreasonable searches and arrests.
