The article focuses on the unfair contractual agreements in mixed martial arts (MMA), with the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC)'s agreements given particular attention. Topics include MMA is a fast-paced and testosterone-fueled sport that embodies the rugged individualism of America led to contracts that are unconscionable and oppressive to fighters; and comprehensive overview of the history and evolution of MMA and examines the common practices and terms in UFC contracts.
