Abstract
The article presents summaries of current articles on benefits and compensation concerns. Based on the study by Aon Hewitt, a health care spending account (HCSA) was offered by 57 percent of sponsors while 15 percent offered a personal or flexible spending account. According to the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, employee assistance plans (EAP) were found to generate a sixfold return of investment (ROI) in combination with a wellness program.
